Bill was raised in Angus, ON and has lived in Essa Township since 1966. As a member of a military family he spent his early chidhood being moved from Base to Base, with Ottawa, Germany and Cobourg among the stops, and Borden being the last one. This has helped him to understand some of the inticracies involved in the moving of family members, and their furniture and effects. He met and married his wife J.J. Forsyth over 30 years ago. Bill has been a full-time real estate professional for the past 22 years and an active member on both the Toronto and Barrie Real Estate Boards. J.J. has had her Real Estate licence for over 15 years and helps with the overall management of the company. Bill has been a Military Relocation Member with Base Borden and is very knowledgeable with the relocation process. At his previous office Bill was one of the Top Producer's being in the top 5 out of over 120 sales reps. Bill's interests include fishing, hiking, hunting and especially golf which is his favourite past-time.
